Renovation and Extension

Many Australian home owners purchase houses with the dream of renovating. This passion for renovating could be considered part of our culture and is possibly why programs such as The Block are so successful. The Sutherland Shire has plenty of old gems, prime for renovation. Depending on the area, there are vast numbers of post-war fibro cottages, some mid-century dwellings and, in more recent developments, 80s brick veneer bungalows.
