A new project is in the pipeline! Twofold Building Projects have a new duplex in Gymea which has been submitted to the Sutherland Shire Council for Development Approval. Designed by architect Paul Grounds at the Güd Studio, the duplexes are 4 bedroom dwellings with two living rooms, each with a slightly alternate layout, and include swimming pools. The contemporary exterior includes a gable roof pitch and a variety of materials and finishes in neutral colours. The stunning kitchens look out to private garden courtyard spaces and the living rooms feature a fireplace.
