Manchester Road Gymea
The Gymea Project, or “Le Chéile” as it is affectionately known, began as a humble worker’s cottage and one termite-infested granny flat. After a very comprehensive renovation and extension, stripping the house to its bare bones and reconstructing the roof, the house became something that would sit comfortably among the pages of Home Beautiful Magazine. Featuring an enormous parents’ retreat wing with french doors that open out to the expansive deck, overlooking the new in-ground pool; open-plan living that seamlessly connects to the outdoor entertaining; and a fully automated kitchen showcasing the top-of-the-line Blum Servo Drive cabinet system. It’s no wonder this house smashed its reserve price and set a suburb record for its kind at the time of sale.
