Build Complete

A new project completed in 2021. Designed by Paul Grounds at Güd Studio, the duplexes are 4 bedroom dwellings with two living rooms, each with a slightly alternate layout, and include swimming pools. The contemporary exterior includes a gable roof pitch and a variety of materials and finishes in neutral colours. The stunning kitchens look out to private garden courtyard spaces and the living rooms feature a fireplace.
