This project was a high-end duplex designed by Jamisa Design Architects. We were pleased to be a part of three different projects designed by Jamie Grounds at the time of this construction. Jamie’s duplex design capitalized on its R3 zoning and proximity to Elouera Beach and featured stunning voids and windows complemented by a functional layout.

Twofold constructed the framing and the internal and external lining board installation for the project. We also fabricated the front doors in order for them to match the timbers used internally. During this project, we collaborated with the property developer and other trades to help produce a stunning, contemporary piece of real estate within steps to Cronulla’s beaches.
