The Kirrawee Project is a modern-day ugly duckling turned beautiful swan story. A major extension and renovation brought this dilapidated house back from the dead and transformed it into a stunning, sprawling family home, producing a record-breaking sale for its kind in the area at the time. Architecturally designed by Lee Fretten, this small, run-down, fibro home became a contemporary family home complete with parent’s retreat and fresh, modern interiors. The master bedroom wraps around the main house and opens out onto the deck and outdoor living spaces. The timber floors flow throughout the house. A new kitchen and bathroom were installed and the facade was given a sophisticated update.
